Why it matters. Hospitality is how we say “you belong here” before anyone speaks from the stage. A drink, a snack, a set table for communion — small things that make the room feel like home and tell people they were expected.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and serve drinks and snacks each Thursday
• Prepare and serve the elements for Communion Nights
• Provide hospitality for special events and Late Nights
• Help build toward a future coffee cart
• Keep the food and drink space clean, welcoming, and well-stocked

COMMITMENT

• Cadence: Weekly (biweekly rotation available)
• Arrival: 5:30pm, Thursdays
• Stay through the end of the gathering and cleanup

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Warm and hospitable — notices people
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Glad to serve behind the scenes so others’ experience is better

BEFORE YOU SERVE

• Roughly 3 months at YA before serving
• Baptized follower of Jesus
• Membership – on the pathway towards it.
