WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be the obvious, welcoming destination for every new guest
• Capture connection info and hand out resources and next-step cards
• Offer a real conversation — not just a clipboard
• Personally introduce new people to a leader or mentor couple
• Follow up so no guest falls through the cracks
• Facilitate Check-in process for everyone else

COMMITMENT

• Cadence: Weekly (biweekly rotation available)
• Arrival: 6:15pm, Thursdays

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relationally warm and calm in a busy room
• Organized enough to handle info and follow-up
• Go the extra mile to make someone feel welcome

BEFORE YOU SERVE

• Baptized follower of Jesus
• Roughly 3 months at YA before serving
• Membership – on the pathway towards it.
