WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Capture photos and short video of Thursday gatherings
• Get candid, real moments — people, worship, connection — over staged shots
• Hand footage off to communications on a consistent workflow
• Help shape an organic, honest visual voice for YA (not glossy or clickbait)

COMMITMENT

• Cadence: Weekly or biweekly (rotation)
• Arrival: 6:15pm, Thursdays

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• An eye for real, candid moments and natural light
• Comfortable with a camera or phone and basic file handoff
• Respects people — knows when not to point the lens
• Welcoming heart posture to engage with others as front line fellowship

BEFORE YOU SERVE

• Roughly 3 months at YA before serving
• Baptized follower of Jesus
• Membership – on the pathway towards it.
