WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the room in worship on Thursday nights
• Rehearse and soundcheck (arrival 4:00pm)
• Prepare spiritually as well as musically
• Serve worship nights and special events as scheduled

COMMITMENT

• Cadence: Scheduled rotation
• Arrival: 4:00pm, Thursdays (rehearsal + soundcheck)
• Plus: worship nights, events, and rehearsals as scheduled

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Musically skilled and well-rehearsed
• A worshiper first, a musician second — humble, no performance posture
• Reliable, teachable, and team-minded

BEFORE YOU SERVE

• Baptized follower of Jesus
• Roughly 3 months at YA before serving
• Membership – on the pathway towards it.
• Video Audition / Interview / Live Audition
