• Design and run lighting for worship and teaching
• Shape the room’s atmosphere to support each moment
• Set and check looks before the gathering

COMMITMENT

• Cadence: Weekly or scheduled rotation
• Arrival: 4:30pm, Thursdays (setup + rehearsal)

• A sense of mood and timing
• Technical aptitude
• Serves the moment, not the gear

BEFORE YOU SERVE

• Baptized follower of Jesus
• Roughly 3 months at YA before serving
• Membership – on the pathway towards it.
• Technical training with Cayden’s team
