Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat is coming up and we need your help! This event is a great opportunity for our church family to invest in their oikos and invite the people in their world to come to church with them. Trunk or Treat will be on Sunday, October 30 from 4-6 at all of our sites. Starting 9/17, we will be collecting candy. You can sign up now to volunteer- hosting your trunk, being a candy runner, or working on our set up or tear down teams! Sign up here!

Trunk Host

A trunk host will be responsible for hosting their own trunk at the event and handing out candy to the participants. You may dress up and decorate your trunk but nothing too scary please. We are asking that you bring 500 pieces of candy with you and we will supplement as needed.

Candy Runner

You’ll help us get the extra candy from our storage area to each trunk throughout the duration of the event.

Parking

You’ll help us get all the cars safely parked for the event.

Set Up

Only a few people needed for this at VV campus to help with setting up fencing.

Tear Down

You’ll help us pick up all the trash and signage and other items to leave our campuses clean and ready to go for the next day.

No Pet Policy

Please don’t bring any pets to Trunk or Treat. We have a strict no pet policy.

No Scary Costumes

The Purpose of Trunk or Treat is to offer a family friendly environment for kids to trick or treat. Please come in an appropriate costume that is family friendly.
